Official Statement from Boras Family Foundation Regarding the Status of the California Classic

Newport Beach, CA, March 13, 2020

In light of the current COVID-19 concerns, and after much consultation with medical professionals and following California Governor’s direction to postpone or cancel events of 250 or more people, the Boras Family Foundation has decided that the 2020 Boras Baseball Classic of California will not move forward as planned. The health and safety of the players, fans, volunteers and community at large is our first priority. Our thoughts are with those that have been affected by this outbreak.
