2023 4A Arizona Runner-Up Saguaro baseball make their Boras Classic debut. The Sabercats return six All-League players from a 25-win team, including League Player of the Year Cam Caminiti and Pitcher of the Year Cade Shumard.

Coaches Note: Zander in his freshman season absolutely took every opportunity to be an impactful player on both sides of the ball. Playing all around the infield on defense, offensively was locked in at the plate and displayed an elite eye with great barrel contact. Zander loves the game, baseball IQ matches his compete, and is a leader in all aspects of the game. Has a high ceiling and elite make-up in baseball ability.

Billy led us in some of our biggest games last year, taking the ball on the mound in some key region matchups, and led us to our first region title in eight years.

Coaches Note: Cade made a HUGE jump last year and was a guy who was doing it on both sides of the ball. He led us through the playoffs, with his first start being a 85 pitch CG, with 10 K's 1 BB, and led us to a 1-0 win. That set the tone for the playoff push that took us to the State Championship game in 2023.
